Seaside 2011 (pic heavy)

What can I say, this has been a very eventful weekend. It was the worst/funnest weekend. The worst me and my mom got into a huge ass argument, then there was the wedding, and then I got into a car accident, I hit a freakin mercedes ugh but me and my car are okay, and yesterday I went to the infamous "Jersey Shore" aka Seaside. Seriously, Seaside isn't all that and now every store/restaurant whatever says, "As Seen On MTV" and every T-shirt has the Jersey shore quotes. But besides everything else, I had an amazing time at the beach with all my friends and it was the best way to end MDW. All I needed was a day out of the house!

Karen's Wedding

My mother's best friend Karen got married yesterday. Friday night we got to stay at the Hilton Hotel. Saturday morning I was up at 7am doing makeup for one of the girls. It was such a beautiful day. Here's the makeup I wore to the wedding.





I forgot what I'm wearing on my eyes but my lips are NYX Lip pencil in Dollymix with NARS Turkish Delight on top.
Also, I'm so bad when it comes to packing my makeup, I never know what to bring. I bought this really spacious bag from Walmart and I love it better than my caboodle that I would normally bring.

Theres 2 spacious compartments and a pocket in the front.
I can't wait to show you all the pictures from the wedding. My mom was the matron of honor and she looked like a princess. Here's a few shots I got, more to come later.

Target Haul

Back from Target. I had to replace a few beauty things I was running low on.

Elf angled eyeliner brush - My sonia kashuk one broke a few days. Target didnt have anymore of them so I'm gona try the elf one
Neutrogena Acne Wash - This stuff is amazing. I'm almost out of my other one so I needed to get a new one
Degree Deodorant - self explanatory lol another replacement
Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion - this is amazing if you have dry skin as a moisturizer for the face and it keeps you moisturized for 24 hours, i love it
ELF Makeup Remover Wipes - seriously if elf had a recycle thing like mac does, I would have soo many of these. Theyre only $3 and are amazing.
L'oreal Voluminious Carbon Black Mascara - I've seen amazing results when others use these. Excited to try this!

Webster Hall

Last night, me, johane and diondra went to webster hall for the first time in nyc. it was a lot of fun and played all kinds of music. kat de luna performed too. we are definately going back. i couldnt wait to play in my surf the ocean pigments so i used them for this look



Next time I'll use them on top of a base. I think itll look better that way.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND =D

Surf Baby

So I went to MAC as soon as they opened and picked up some new babies to my makeup family. I didn't like how My Paradise swatched on me so I passed and I know I'll never rock any of the shadows even though they are gorgeous so I passed on that too. I bought Billionaire Bronze and Surf the Ocean.

Women of color should definately check out the bronzers. They are super pigmented and give a nice glow.

Can't wait to see everyone's hauls and tutorials. By the way, did anyone get Gaga's new album?? I am obsessed with her. I loveee her album.
